Package Manager missing after update unity from 2019.1.0f1 to 2019.1.0f2

    Hi,
    I have a problem, after updating the program from version 2019.1.0.f1 to 2019.1.0.f2 the package manager window disappeared in my project (Window / packageManager), but creating a new project appears.
    I already tried to copy mainfest, I already tried to copy all assets to a new project, but it does not make any difference, it still does not appear.

    Solved, clicked on Assets/Importall and solved.
