Bug Package manager font/display error

The package manager has stopped showing any text, instead, it shows boxes (See attached image).

Every other inspector window seems to be working properly.

The editor version is 2020.3.27f1.

I read recently this can be fixed by specifying OpenGLCore in the preferences, as follows:
