Bug Package Manager Error and com.unity3d.kharma

    Since a long time ago, every time I open the Package Manager it says, "No packages found", so I have to go to the assetstore and open it from there, but today when I click on "Open in Unity" in the assetstore instead of appearing the small window that says that it will open Unity it says that it will open the URL com.unity3d.kharma. Does anyone know what to do? I am using Unity 2021.3.11f1. Also I downloaded an asset that is called 100 Fantasy Characters, it's free, and when I downloaded it, Unity got weird, even affected another project, I opened it and ruined it, then I tried to download another asset and this kharma message is appearing since then, and I click open, as always when it opens Unity, and nothing hapens.
