    I need help! Every time I download a new Unity version it says that it could not establish a connection with the Unity Package Manager.

    Yeah I already tried to uninstall and reinstall everything I even deleted all the unity/unity hub folders but still nothing.

    So i've tried the thread and nothing has worked for me an i have tried to go to 127.0.0.1 (i use chrome) and it said "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"... maybe that could help.

    Hey there, apologies for the delay.

    This does look like a firewall issue. UPM seems to be successfully starting and starts listening to incoming connections, but Unity is unable to connect to it. That's typically some firewall acting up and blocking the connection

    You said that you reinstalled Unity and the Hub so that seems to rule out a corrupted installation - the Hub creates Windows Defender exception rules for UPM during installation. Are you using a different firewall from Windows defender, or are you running this in some strict corporate network config...?

    Yeah no worries.

    I use the firewall from Windows Defender.
