Package Manager and Shader Graph Blank

    Hi everyone,

    I am running into an issue that I haven't been able to solve or find the answer to. I am unable to access the package manager or shader graph windows. Both just have a blank grey screen. Any ideas? I am online and have installed the LWRP before. This issue happened after switching to Unity 2018.3.0f2. I use Unity Teams but my partner is not experiencing this issue.



    This is my first post so I apologize if I left anything out. Thanks in advance!
