I suggest you add a dice and re-submit it. After all this one got released as well:

For your screenshots just add some post processing and put them in scene. Use Linear space, ACES tone mapper, add some Ambient Occlusion and position the Directional Light so that you get slight shadows. It'll do wonders for your screens.

Thanks but I guess they mean package content is unsatisfactory, I have to make this package be more usable and handy. Any advice?

you just fell against the stupidest Unity criteria to judge a package... simplicity should not be considered at all, if a package is simple and useful, why rejecting it? Even with free package they throw you that senseless reason...
Stop providing content to Unity asset store and just put it on github if it's free.

This still holds true 2 months later, I'm surprised at the sheer volume of simplistic packages on the store even for single digit costs. Wanted to release a small package with voxel style buildings and it got rejected for the same reasons. About 15 buildings included, but guess that's not enough. Must be dependent on the person reviewing...

If the package is rejected is it possible to talk with someone regarding rejection?

no, they don't provide any complementary info on why you're package has been rejected nor on how you could upgrade it to fit their expectations... You just waste time on trying to comply with mysterious criterias, and probably with the reviewer's own understanding/vision of these.
Note that an update to an already accepted package will not be as harsh and will take only 2 or 3 days. You can try to post any bullshit package that will be accepted for sure, then modifying everything on it (even name etc...) to post the one you had in mind... We kinda forced by Unity validation process to think that kind of non sense strategy just to put a package on the store...
