Package Importer Regression?

    It seems there's some regression in unity 2018.2.0b1.
    When trying to import an asset package from asset store, the editor totally frozen with decompressing dialog appear and the progress bar are not moving.
    Happened twice to me, at first i thought the editor was not responding but apparently it's still working and the asset importing are successful. it's only the editor frozen and the Asset Package import progress bar not updated.

    We need a bug report with a reliable repro process to investigate this, or at least the names of packages that you are having (reproducible) problems with.
