Bug Overwhelming constant editor lopp usage

    Unity 2021 LTS version cannot even work properly on my PC it consumes everything. I don't know if it was an update issue but like one week ago I had no problems. Editor loops with 2-3 calls. Nothing works in the background. There are no answers at all and I don't know what to do but I can't work.
    I've got:
    CPU: i7-10700KF
    GPU: RTX 4070ti
    RAM: DDR4 32GB
