[Solved] Org/Colab email invite not sending

Hello, this is the first time we've used Colab with Unity. I've set up a new Org and set up Colab. I sent an invite to join the Org but the email isn't being received.

Does it just take a long time to come through or is something going wrong?
We've also checked the spam folder.

Hi @Loki18000, does the person that you're sending an invite to already have a Unity account? They can create one by going to https://id.unity.com. You can double check the steps for adding a teammate to your Org by visiting https://support.unity3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/206494363-How-do-I-invite-members-to-my-organization-. Typically it doesn't take longer than 10 minutes to receive an invite email.
