Question [OpenXR 1.3.1] OpenXR Runtime UNKNOWN COMPANY Issue

    Hello, I'm currently using OpenXR plugin 1.3.1 and have a user unable to launch my application using a Valve Index with the SteamVR OpenXR runtime set. Upon looking at the logs, I see these lines within the OpenXR support details:

    Looking at the user's registry shows that the runtime is set correctly:



    We also tried using OpenXR plugin 1.2.8 but still can't get the application running properly. Has anyone else experienced this "UNKNOWN COMPANY" log before? Did not have any issues prior to the 1.2.8 update.
