    Good afternoon everyone.

I installed Unity Hub and Unity 2021.3.14f1 Personal Edition, to start my studies.

But when I open a new project, using a program template, or even a blank project, it takes a long time to open, about 10 minutes. I'm only messing with the 2D area.

Looking around the internet, I found two pieces of information that helped a little: I activated the "Play Mode" inside Edit > Project Settins > Editor. The second thing that helped me was lowering the Quality in Edit > Project Settings. With these two changes, a new project now opens in about 8 minutes.

I am attaching the screen and information from my CPU-Z and GPU-Z.

    Can someone help me please?

You got an older system, maybe even got the project on an hdd.
Creating a new project will create many caches, and takes a bit even on a high end system.

Yes, my computer does not have an SSD, so everything is stored on the computer's internal HD.

But is there anything I can do to somehow reduce the initial load time?

Of course, I'm still learning, but I imagine that when I start making my game, during development, each time I open the project it will take longer and longer, right?
