Opaque-like canvas culling/sorting for ui?

    Hello!
    I'm making a farmer game and I'd like to make a small hud for every plant.
    Basically what I'd like to do is if a user sees a UI the game renders that UI but not the one behind it.
    I made a small mockup in photoshop.
