Bug OnPointerUp not getting called on release when having two ui objects listening [ WEBGL, MOBILE]

    This was reproduced for me for every unity. version tried all of them. Happens only in WEBGL in mobile.
    How to reproduce -
    1. Have a GUI with two ui elements listening to PointerUp and PointerDown , ( for example, a joystick and a button that can be long pressed )
    2. Long press the joy stick and then when doing so also long press the button
    3. Release the button, OnPointerUp will not be called.

    Anyone can help with a fix?

    This reproduces easily every time, and making it impossible to make a mobile WEBGL game with long presses
