    I'm learning 10 agents

Nine out of ten agents play well as intended, but one of them does not act as intended and sometimes does strange things.

The resulting score difference is very small (mean reward is 0.1 to 0.3 lower), but I want 10 agents to show the same behavior.

    Is this normal?
