On value Changed Functions dynamic variable functions show missing

    Using 2019.2.5f1, I can no longer assign a dynamic function to a dropdown or slider using the editor.

    Existing events still works but are shown as "missing..." in the editor. When trying to assign a new event, only static event handlers are listed.

    Unity 2019.2.4 was okay, bug appears on
    2019.2.5f1 and
    2019.2.6f1
