On specific PC first scene too bright in build. It go back to normal, when I reload the scene (menu -> game -> back to menu). It didn't happen before. I tried to update drivers, run as admin, clear nvidea cache, run with disabled GPU and etc. Any ideas?

Tried to downgrade unity version, but it didn't help.

My current workaround is to add button to reload scene.

    Very strange.

Make a single black scene that does nothing but load the next scene, in this case your normal first scene.

If the problem goes away, you're done.

If it doesn't go away then perhaps look in the runtime logs to see if there are any shader warnings / errors.

Alternately, just load the main menu twice the first time and get on with life. :)

tried to do black scene - didn't help.

I noticed that my workaround doesn't really work, because colors a bit different compared to editor after all =(

Here the same thing happens, especially if the UI is black.

I can only see the UI when I turn off the lighting

I just found a solution, see if that solves it for you. Add the Volume component. And then add the Visual Environment in the Volume component.

in Sky type, don't put it in HDRI, otherwise the bug will happen.

So, after I switched to universal window platform, made build, then switched back to windows build, but 32 bit, colors are really looks the same after reload scene... So my current workaround, reloading scenes with bad colors, hopefully its local problem for my pc and players will never encounter that

Strange colors are back, fixed it by reboting PC and restart unity, though I still need to reload my scene
