On Android, No "Test card" pop-up when making purchase with tester account.

I remember from my earlier project, when I was using tester account, the payment pop-up will show 2 options for me to choose “Test card, always approves” and “Test card, always declines".

But in my latest project, the pop-up is showing my credit card number (last 4 digits) and a button "1-tap buy"
Does this mean it will charge real money from my credit card?

I already tried using both Internal testing & Closed testing version, and all version showing the same pop-up.

Is there any setting I need to do to make the tester pop-up appear?

It's still showing the real credit card. I tried uninstall & re-install, restart the phone, nothing change.

but when I added my colleague's email to license tester, install the game (never install on this phone before) , It show up the Test card.

Is there any cache or some data that need to be clear to solve the problem?

 

after 1 night, It's working as expect now.
I think we have to wait several hours after adding licnese tester to take effect.
