    You can control the fog from the Sky Master configurator inspector in imagefx section, enable the curves option.

    Hi,

    I made a few image guide to help further.

    One shows where to disable the fog, last checkbox in the Inspector, in the terrain script, this script in latest versions is under Sky Manager object, along with skymasterManager script.

    The other shows where to enable the Fog curves.

    Let me know for anything else.

    Hi, generally Global Illumination Proxy tech is not outdated, just a specific method, it is still the fastest option and suitable for mobile, plus compatible with every platform, so i cant do a refund based on this reason as the asset description is precise and describe the Global Illumination Proxy technology and properties.

    But i can offer a very cheap upgrade to my latest cutting edge real time voxel based Global Illumination system LUMINA GI, that is the most advanced Global Illumination system in the store and the only one that is not Screen Space and uses voxels so the light is cast from all scene than what camera sees, which makes it the most advanced solution in Unity currently.

    Let me know and can give an offer for this.

    Also note GI Proxy can be used together with LUMINA for even better effect. And LUMINA can be combined with Sky Master ULTIMATE for even more advanced rendering, with volumetric clouds and lighting.

    It is not only difficult to use, but also has unreal bounce light. For example, spot light bounce simulation uses a point light source, which receives the reflection of a point light source! It is exaggerated on the metal surface. Any bounce simulated has a delay! Is this GI made by point light still an advanced technology? Ray and point light source become GI, which is really advanced!

    Hi, the issue is that this is the method used, as i describe in the asset uses point lights to emulate GI. That is why is mentioned as an approximation to GI.

    There is an offset from surface to move the point lights that emulate the GI further away from the surfaces to avoid the point light local reflections, also the delay can be regulated by casting lights in shorter intervals, this is regulated by the script.

    In any case, if you don't think will be using the Global Illumination Proxy asset, please send me the original invoice PDF in a personal message here and will I consider a refund. I need to first contact Unity to make sure there is no other asset upgraded from GI Proxy first with premium discount for that purpose, so can take rather long time, probably a month for Unity to reply, then more to check on the issue and then another ten or so days to refund.

    Also if you want advanced GI and not the approximation of Global Illumination Proxy, i can alternatively offer a cheaper upgrade to my LUMINA GI asset to avoid the refund procedure.

    Note that I never mentioned the Global Illumination Proxy asset as a means to do advanced GI, that is why there is a Proxy in the name of the asset, is just a very fast approximation with its own limitations and advantages.

    That said it can give very nice results, as the light in general does behave like that, the bounce light is an extra light source as a point light is as well. So it can definitely be approximated this way and is a really advanced technique in the sense that allows to do GI emulation with very fast speeds and can be used on mobile as well.

    Very impressive- Is there a way that I can remove the moon from this system? My game has 2 moons, as well as a very particular way of moving time. Can I take out the builtin moon and use my own, as well as override the way the day passes?

    Also, my water shader seems to be missing. Not sure what to make of that....

    About water, you mean the included sky master water is missing ?

    About moon, sure can change it to anything, is an object under skymaster object sun system. Do you need it to follow my moon or you will adjust its position in custom way ?

    Also which pipeline is used ?

    Hi,

    I post also two images to help further, one shows the moon object and where to disable it.

    The other shows the Sun speed variable, that dictates how fast time passes. If you want to set the time manually can set the skyMasterManager.cs script Current_time variable to any from 0 to 24, to move the system to that time.

    Hi, not sure on that as would require to delve into that specific asset and use it to derive the shadow information, if that is possible, so generally is not planned as would also cater to only one asset, but can have a look if can recreate such shadows as part of the Ethereal asset as an option that i can control better.

    ISSUE REPORT
    - Sky Master ULTIMATE URP Beta24d (may apply to current Beta 24c as well):

    It just came to my attention that the reflection script in URP version in combination with the clouds can create an issue where a scene saved with this system will hang Unity (in my case could not close the Unity process as well and had to restart the PC). I discovered that the issue was the camera rotation be at 0,0,0. This has been known to create various warnings in various cases. In the new Auto Configuration prefab I make sure the camera get a tiny rotation so is not in 0,0,0. This resolves the load scene issue. Also this issues does not affect the build, only when loading a scene in the editor. Tested in Unity 2021.3.6f1.

    ISSUE REPORT - Sky Master ULTIMATE Standard Pipeline VR

    One note on Sky Master ULTIMATE VR mode in Standard Pipeline (Multipass), i noticed that when the "Frustum Jitter" script is enabled on the camera, the VR eyes are not in sync, so when using the system in VR mode this script should be deactivated, the clouds are still receiving the temporal AA internally and this option is not required for the cloud temporal AA denoising.

    Prefabs and prefab notes README


    Main time of day and weather chose controller (Sky Master)


    Cloud properties controller based on weather controller.
    The latest fly through clouds are made as a standalone script and is connected to the
    time of day manager with the script in the below image, which changes the cloud color and density based on time of day and weather set in the main controller


    Cloud script on camera, this is auto setup on camera if use one of the auto setup prefabs and renders the clouds and can further adjust the cloud properties besides the parameters controlled by the above script



    Hi, not all demos have move around script, some are with preset positions for example by a menu and some static camera to showcase one effect etc.

    Generally in newer versions the fastest way to setup is by drag one of the prefabs in the scene, like in the video i post above, which setup the latest cloud system and time of day-weather module in the scene.

    The v3.5 prefab has the older shader based clouds that are good also for mobile, the v4.9 auto configure prefab will auto setup the background image effect volumetric clouds to the scene camera, this is the previous volumetric system and 5.0 prefabs will setup on the camera the latest clouds that allow fly through the cloud volume.

    You can use my Discord for direct chat and help on any issue and i can help with the configuration directly through AnyDesk as well. I post also above a small images guide on the latest fly through clouds system and the controller that connects it to the main time of day module, for reference.

    The latest fly through clouds controller is a latest addition and a detailed voiced video tutorial will also be available this weekend.

    Demo scenes combining the Sky Master ULTIMATE URP Planet clouds with ORION water and planets.

    The users of both Sky Master ULTIMATE URP and ORION systems can now access a combined demo, using the Sky Master ULTIMATE URP Planetary clouds, with the ORION Planetary water system.

    The relevant demo scenes are shown in the above images.

    Hi, I just purchased sky master ultimate. I searched HDRP Compatible in the asset store and Sky Ultimate came up. But when I load in a demo scene the screen is purple. I see that you had a Beta-HDRP Compatible version available for request, Where might that be available? Or what can I do in this situation, as I've purchased this for an HDRP Project and am working with a small team. Many thanks - Skylor

    Edit : I just found the quickstart guide has a setup guide for HDRP. Is there any tutorials not on youtube I can use to walk through the setup process?

    On my company laptop I have YouTube completely blocked to keep myself productive and cannot disable it.
