Question Old (new?) not getting mouse up always for windowed app

    With the old system Input.GetMouseButtonUp for 0 does not seem to fire if your mouse is out of the window and you say press and release right mouse and then release left mouse button and then move back over play window (always happens in editor). Or otherwise lose focus from the Unity window perhaps?

    Even Input.GetMouseButton ends up wrong until you next press the left mouse button.
    Is this a known issue and there is a common way to handle it?

    Is it fixed in new input system?
