    I have never experienced motion sickness because I consistently get a steady 72 fps. I haven't come across any comments about such an issue in the game reviews either

    Fps isn't all that matters for motion sickness, but if no one experiences it you're fine :p
    Otherwise you could look into tunneling to improve it.

    Are you going to keep working on it or leave it as is?

    That completely depends where you want to go.

    -races
    -costumization
    -graphics
    -world building
    -realistic destruction
    -and a whole lot more
