This tracker is pretty unreliable, I am constantly finding it marked as "Not Working" by my client.

 

something's really bad with the tracker and the server download. It's been 2 days now as I'm trying to download Unity 5.4.0 but to no avail so far. The speed is about 20 Kb/s and the connection often breaks (
What's going on?
My internet connection is pretty fast on other resources , so I'm sure it's not the problem
