Official Spline tool for 3D Objects ?

I saw that unity has an official spline tool for procedural 2d objects call Sprite Shape(https://blogs.unity3d.com/2018/09/20/intro-to-2d-world-building-with-sprite-shape/) and I'm not found a version for 3D objects.

The tool is in the plans for future versions or as a package?

I was able to find not official versions on the asset store like Curvy Splines(https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/level-design/curvy-splines-7038) and EasyRoads3D(https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/terrain/easyroads3d-pro-v3-469) but it is better if unity has official version just like unreal, called landscape splines.

I really miss these features when I move from unreal to unity.

 

That's one of the major things I miss as well with Unity. That and a proper gradient color editor which supports more than 8 colors.
