Odyssey MR Video Creation thru Mixed Reality Portal

I'm having difficulty creating a smooth video as the view thru the Odessy is smooth but both the video and the Mixed Reality Portal screen on the monitor is very jerky... Any ideas on how to fix this? I have researched this quite a bit and find that it may be from lack of resources. So, I shut down everything but the portal and the Odessy and turned off all my desktop icons... Checking the system all looks pretty good but still jerky... Any ideas?
