    Hi!

I know there are already some topics about this problem, but mine is a little different.

I want to build my VR-app on my Oculus Quest 2 headset, but the headset just does not show up under "Run Device".

The thing is, I can perfectly preview my project in the headset when I press the "Play" button, AND the Oculus app also says that my device is connected.

I tried disconnecting my headset and connecting it again. Also, the USB-connection option is enabled in the headset itself.

If anyone might have even a single clue why my device just does not show up when I try to build my app, feel free to post an answer. Anything helps at this moment:)

I work with Unity V.2020.3.1f1 btw.

Nothing has worked for me. I NEVER had issues with setup nor deployment. Suddenly my Oculus Quest just stopped working. This has been the case for over a month. Why would a PHONE issue be talked about in a thread about OCULUS QUEST???

Thanks this helped. Somehow Quest 2 wasn't on Developer mode anymore. I have been using and developing 3 years and this was the first time.

Did you try restarting everything? Headset, computer. Are you sure you have a data cable? Did you enable dev mode? In past few weeks I didn't have any problem at all anymore with dev mode turning off.
