Oculus Quest: Hard Crash Before Splash: Initialize Engine

    Recently upgraded to 2019.2.21f1 and now I get a hard crash when running my app. Last logcat message is:

    Initialize engine versions: 2019.2.21f1

    What's strange is it doesn't alway happen. If I select build & run the app will sometimes runs as expected. If I close the app and relaunch or build and manually install it'll crash. I'm not entirely sure it's caused by the upgrade, but I'll try rolling back to the previous version of Unity. Any ideas? Suggestions for how to debug this type of crash?

    Edit: Reverted to 2019.2.11f and still getting the crash so the upgrade isn't the issue.

    adb bugreport is your friend. Looks like I'm probably running out of memory.
