Oculus quest hand tracking data

    Hey !

    Is there a way to access the data of the oculus quest hand tracking using the new input system ?

    I'm building an app that doesn't use any VR SDK (such as the oculus sdk) and do everything using the new input system.

    I'm now trying to animate/ik my hands model using the new Animation Rigging, and instead of creating poses and animations by hand which takes a long time (and I'm not a good animator anyway), I wanted to do a mocap-like system that would record what I'm doing with hand tracking.

    Is there a way to achieve this using the new input system ?

    Not yet! we'll let you know when we get something up and running. It will likely _not_ be over the new input system however (we'll need multiple different hand representations etc etc). but keep an eye out.

    particularly in the ar/vr forums as we'll likely announce something there when we go live!
