Oculus Quest - Build crashes when generating Oculus manifest

    I am following this thread due to problems with room scale and hand gestures, which brought me to this other thread to help fix the Android Manifest. After doing as instructed by removing and recreating the manifest using the Oculus tools, I build and get the following output. If I just delete the manifest the build goes fine, but there is no room scale and hand gestures don't work.
    (Using Unity 2019.3.0b6 on OSX, Oculus Integration 1.41)

    Same here. Anyone got any ideas on how to solve this?
