Bug Oculus Link Rendering issue

    I'm stuck on an issue I have no clue how to explain, so I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

    The set up:
    Unity 2020.3.25f1 LTS
    URP
    Oculus XR Plugin 1.12.1
    Empty Scene with a few cubes to render

    Quest is connected to the pc using a link cable, and used in unity directly

    I'll use the image below to explain the issue.
    1. Is my current game and what I'm expecting to see
    2. Is my left eye view I'm casting from the quest back to the pc

    The second screenshot is a screenshot from both eyes on the quest, issue clearly being that the left eye renders only a fraction of the screen and the right eye renders everything with black blocks in front of them.

    I'm hoping someone could shed some light on why this is happening and how I can fix it.
    To be clear, this only happens in this exact project. It happens on multiple laptops and multiple quests, all with the exact same behaviour. With slightly different unity versions.
    I have different projects using URP that work just fine, in the same unity version.
