    Hello:

I did a simple Hello World type of build for Oculus and uploaded it to their App Lab.
When I did that, their utility printed this message:
But if I look at my Android configuration, it set for 64 bit only:

Any ideas what is happening here?

Just upload one version and not both, it literally explains it in the error.

I am only building one apk file and uploading it. I am not uploading two files.

Yebbut which one? The 32 or the 64 bit version? You have to upload one or the other, preferably the more modern version.

I think there is a misunderstanding here. I don't have two files to choose from. When I go to my Builds folder, I have one .apk file and one .mapping file, nothing else.

You can upload one file and it can contain both architectures. He is not uploading two files, you are off topic.

Do you know why Unity is including both architectures in my apk file? I told it to build only the 64 but version.

It shouldn't, I'm sure I'm not sure what's going on.

Although the error is saying "libraries". Are you maybe including something else that has both 64 and 32bit version in the project?

Same issue here -- I get the warning from the Oculus platform that both architectures are included, even though only arm64 is checked in the player settings. Did anyone figure this out? Thanks.

This app contains both 32-bit (armeabi-v7a) and 64-bit (arm64-v8a) libraries. This consumes extra storage and increases download times. Consider updating your build to target 64-bit only.

I am facing Same issue using Unity 2023.1.5f1

Only ARM64 is selected in the Target Architecture tho.

This isn't something you can change. Unity is including 32-bit libraries in every build at the moment, regardless if you target only ARM64.

check "Split Apks by target architecure" in Project Settings -> Player. When creating the build, a folder must be selected. A folder in the Documents directory does not work, e.g. select Desktop -> "your Build Folder".

I also got this same error but was still able to upload to app lab. I uploaded an .apk and .obb file using the OVR Plugin Tool in Unity, rather than the Meta Developer Hub.
