Octane activation problems

Sorry its probably often written topic, but already loosing hope with the Octane customer support.
Although I am subscribed for the monthly unity octane plug in, just after a week or so using I get the
subscription activation error and support hasn't found a proper solution yet. Anyone ever had experienced these issues and found solution to resolve it ? ( this is only for octane users , they would know what I'm talking about ).

 

For a limited time it was finding all the licenses and then it stopped , doesn't seem to work regardless its free or paid , everything I reconnected and re bridged and re installed etc etc but seems it cannot get any proper info from the license server ? Frustration at its finest
