Question Occulsion culling not working properly

    Hello, I am using the occulsion culling feature to optimize my game but it behaves very out of the ordinary.

    The scene has a few thousand objects which are being culled but still rendered/processed for some reason.
    The first image shows me looking at a wall with maybe a few verts/tris in total, yet it shows that 1.5 Million are being processed which takes a great toll on the fps

    Yet to my surprise it shows that the culling is working (at least in the scene view)

    Even when looking into the void the statistics window says that 50k verts are being processed. I've looked at every forum post about culling in unity that exists and noone had this problem. Is there something I am missing?

    Things I've done
    - Made all the level objects static that are not supposed to move
    - Checked if OC is enabled on the camera
    - Decreased the smallest occluder setting (28 mb bake data)

    Questions:
    Why is seemingly everything still being rendered even though the culling seems to be working?
    Is it possible that URP has something to do with it?
