Question Occasional performance spike caused by "DXGI:WaitOnSwapChain"(wait for target fps)

    My game runs smoothly at 60fps. Vsync is enabled.
    But there is an occasional performance spike.
    I profile the build and it says it is caused by "DXGI:WaitOnSwapChain"(wait for target fps).
    How can I fix it?

    I don't think I can disable vsync because it looks ugly, the render behaves strangely
