Objects with materials are dark unless a light is right next to them

    The objects in my scene that have materials show up dark unless there is a light next to them and the camera is angled right. It makes it so you cant see the detail on the object. The objects with the default standard white material dont have that problem. This is what the object looks like(See DarkImage Below) and what I want it
    to look like is something like the other image. I created that by putting a point light next to it. I tried adjusting the
    ambient light settings, pixel light count, and some of the other settings in the lighting window.

    Does someone know how to fix this?
