Nothing in "User Layer 19" is visible in the scene view in my project.
    Version: Unity 2021.3.1f1
    URP: 12.6

I made sure the layer is not set to be hidden in the "Layers" menu in the upper right as well as I also made sure the layer is set to be drawn on the scene's only camera. Any suggestions on where else I can check for issues?

Edit: Solved, issue was the new layer was not added to the opaque and transparent layer masks in the URP asset, I assumed this would be automated wrongly.

Solved, turns out I was mistaken and I had changed the layer before testing in game... it didn't render in neither the scene view nor the game and the issue was that it was not added to the 'Opaque Layer Mask" or the "Transparent Layer Mask" in the URP asset. Turns out it has to be added manually in the camera AND the URP base asset when you add a new layer.
