When the camera moves, the objects start to flickering

These objects are small rectangles placed together with 2d rigidbody and box collider

what can i do to remove this?

This is not a physics question. Move it with the Transform only, it'll be the same.

this only happens when those objects have physics turned on
these squares serve as a wall, to collide with the player
but when each one's physics are awake, this happens

    Correlation doesn't mean causation.

A physics body doesn't deal with rendering so how would it be the cause of it? You're just using a rigidbody to move the Transform. Anything that moved the Transform would cause this. The Transform can position your renderer sub-pixel, the renderers are not rendering in a per-pixel mode, you're seeing aliasing. Again, a rendering issue.

Create a script that modifies the Transform over time a tiny bit, just as the body is doing then you'll see it's nothing to do with physics.
