Object tracking on video

Hi everyone!

I'm wondering if it's possible to track an object in a video using ARCore or some other library in unity. I'm looking for something free as it's initially for a prototype done in my free time

I took a look at the ARCore documentation but they don't seem to talk about object tracking, and I saw a topic saying that Vuforia cannot track on video files, only on camera input, so I'm kinda lost!
