Object Disappearing When setting them as a 'Is Trigger'

    I'm fairly new to this. I want to add an Is Trigger to an object, however anytime i add this to an object it will be there for a couple of seconds before disappearing. This happens to any object. I'm not sure what is happening. Many Thanks

    check in hierarchy first and then tell
