    The stats visible in Analytics Dashboard are too low, if we compare to our internal records and install reports from stores.

    Analytics are enabled in the Editor. But we I run the game on the device Analytics.enabled returns false.

    I've to debug with Charles Proxy. It looks no events are reported to the Unity server. But the first request to Unity Cloud returns from https://config.uca.cloud.unity3d.com/:

    Code (json):
    1. {
    2.     "prefs": {},
    3.     "analytics": {
    4.         "enabled": false,
    5.         "events": {
    6.             "custom_event": {}
    7.         }
    8.     },
    9.     "connect": {
    10.         "enabled": false,
    11.         "limit_user_tracking": false,
    12.         "player_opted_out": false
    13.     },
    14.     "performance": {
    15.         "enabled": true
    16.     }
    17. }

    We are looking at this in your support ticket. Are you using the Data Privacy button by chance?

    The same here. But this thing looks like seletive. iOS numbers are ok but Android numbers are ridiculous small.

    Hmm... Segment Builder has valid number. Could average DAU be influencied by the lack of unity-data-privacy-plug-in?

    No, would be not related. Can you open a support ticket? https://analytics.cloud.unity3d.com/support/
