As title. Worked before but now it doesn't. Heres process I used to try and get it working:
    • Using a Windows 10 pc with Unity Hub 3.4.1.
    • Plug in USB-c cable (native oculus cable).
    • Allow on headset to connect and running Rift home.
    • Oculus App (v49.0.0.170.358) pops up stating its all connected and speed test is 2.7Gb.
    • Run Unity Hub then open the project (Unity 2021.3.15f1).
    • Check Package Manager and is using Oculus XR Plugin v3.2.3.
    • Check Build Settings is for Android and Oculus is selected under Plug-in Providers.
    • Run Device lists the Quest 2 fine.
    • Check Player Settings and Oculus is ticked for Android under XR Plug-in Management.
    • Quest 2 is ticked under Oculus of the XR Plug-in Management.
    • XR Device Simulator is off.
    • Checked Package Name is unique.
    • Click Play.
    • Nothing changes on headset and no errors showing in Unity.
    • Doing a Build and Run from Build Settings works fine though.
Developer mode is already active and headset is on v49.

Edit: Needed Windows Oculus turned on under XR Plug-in Management.
