Not receiving payments

    Hello unity,

    I have sent you my first invoice 99 days ago (due date: July, 1st) and I have still not received the funds.

    I have sent 7 emails to the unity ads support team regarding this issue.

    After 7 emails, you told me that your bank had problems with my correctly submitted international standardized BIC Code. (https://www.swift.com/standards/data-standards/bic)

    We have already discussed the further proceeding and there should be no problems anymore.

    But I haven't heard from you for a while... :)

    Could you please let me know when I can expect payment.

    PS: My second invoice has a due date of October 1st.
    Will i have to wait for another 99+X days?

    Hi Rasmus,

    thank you for your message!

    If I understand you right, there is nothing I can do but to wait until you decide to pay the invoice.
    You have all the information you need, and as I stated in my last email (email no. 7):
    "This will be the last email I am sending to you regarding this matter."

    It doesn't make any sense to send you another email.

    I didn't receive my last payment due date 28 april untill now!!,
    What is the problem?

    Hey. I am also facing this issue for the last 20 days. unity deducted my payment from the dashboard but didn't receive on my bank. I also filed a ticket on unity support but no one is replying on time and just replying with sense less answers. My bank is told me to bring MT103 swift receipt to trace the payment but unity supporters not provide me that swift receipt.

    Help need. is there anyone who can help me?

    they sent me mail after 3-4 months that I have attached incorrect bank detail and I had updated that and I received with next payment cycle.

    also encountered this problem, you can somehow solve the issue without waiting a few months
