Question Not having a Cartoon Shader (Especially for URP) is a big problem for me

Hi,
I am working for a Hyper Casual Game Publisher.
And one of the biggest problems I have is not having a good cartoon shader that provides a look like below.
Asset store doesn't have it (I tried nearly all of them) and I also tried Unity's Toon Shader, but couldn't achieve a result.
And I don't have the artistic talent to make my own.
What can be the solution?

 

There's a Toon shader in the package manager that supports URP.
