not getting image and button script

i am not getting some option after creating image from right clicking on hierarchy window and got ui menu then as i saw in several tutorials (i will keep an image of my tutor lecture ) where they got some things like image(script) and button (script) but when i tried it (image is given down) i didnt got any option out of both of them please help i am not finding not even a question regarding this
