Not casting light on imported object?

    I have create an object in lightwave and exported it as a FBX file. It imports with no problem, however when I try to apply a light to the layout, everything light proprly except the custom 3d object the i just imported. If you look at the file provided... the two balls and grass shows the light (created within unity) by the imported object does not.

    Any ideas how on what I am doing wrong?

    Your normals are most likely inverted.

    Look for a flip normals or reverse normals function in lightwave.

    Hmm... It looks like it was not the normals but a limitation of the software.

    If the object scale is .02 it does not cast light, however anything higher (.03+) it will show the light properly.

    I fixed the bug and it will be in the next beta.
