Not being able to activate unity 5

I installed unity 5 on a new hard drive and opened it, signed in using my email and password and the last step before starting to use unity I have to answer a few questions:



The problem is that the drop down menu to select the country is inactive and I can't scroll down or select any country so I can't get past this step and get to the unity editor.
I tried and tried and tried so many times, nothing works. Any ideas??
