Not All Packages Displayed

    Hi,

    I just upgraded to 2018.3 and when I opened the Package Manager->All Packages I only see a short list (15) of packages available. In 2018.2 the list was quite long and included packages like Mathematics and Jobs. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
