Not all my buttons work?

I've been trying to learn how to make games and I've made a lot of progress, but I am now stumped and cant find an answer anywhere.
Character movement is the CrossPlatformInput stuff but my issue is one of my buttons doesnt always work in Build on my phone?
The character movement and jump work flawless, but I have another button for a slide animation that doesnt work except once in a blue moon and I cant figure out why. Any hints to put me on the right path?
