Normals brake after rigging in Maya

    Hello,
    I have a finished modeling my character and when I export to Unity all looks fine.
    When I skin and rigg my character, and then export to Unity some faces are presenting some weird normals as you can see below.

    How can skinning/rigging a humanoid affect the normals of a geometry, these are 2 separate things? And any idea how can I fix that?
