Feedback Normal maps included in addressable bundles are incorrect (WebGL build only).

    I've tested on Windows and Android, and have had no issues with normal maps that are loaded from the Addressable bundles.

    However, when switching to WebGL, the normal maps are incorrect. Of course, when switching targets I always rebuild the bundles.

    It looks like the texture types are set wrong, but of course they are not (verified). This is using the Standard shader.

    Note: I submitted a bug, but the bug reporter seems to have just stopped. If it returns, I'll post the bug# here.
