Normal and spec maps no longer working

    Without changing lighting/rendering/build settings, in my latest web build the normal and spec maps no longer work. I went back to an earlier build and the maps have now stopped working on that one, too. It looks like crap now. I've tried on different computers with upgraded and not upgraded Unity web players. I saw someone had a similar issue w/ ANdroid builds and I used his suggestion of adding a directional light that had NDE.

    Someone else MUST have encountered this.

    Am I correct in assuming that build settings aren't saved w/ the scene? If that's the case they've changed since I had to reformat my comp. What settings would determine the functionality of maps?

    Ok, got it working, thanks @tripknotix for breaking me out of my rut. The solution was either in Project Settings > Quality > Good

    or Graphics > ALways Included Shaders > Mobile/Bumped Spec and Bumped Spec
