Sorry if I'm posting in the incorrect area.

I'm a noob and playing around in Unity 5. There is a lot of rocky terrain in a scene that I have, when I'm playing in a small window (default play test) it works fine, but when I shift+space and play in a larger screen it's slower.

I've disabled shadows, I know it's probably the terrain causing this but I'm just wondering about others thoughts. Excuse my lack of knowledge if it's a stupid question.

You are changing the resolution of the play window. A higher resolution is more performance heavy.

I guess I'll code it's default window size to be on the small side for now. Thanks for the feedback.

Try adjusting the pixel error setting for the terrain as well.. it will help performance as well.
